Product properties |
| This product (phosphatidylcholine, PC for short) is extracted from soybean powdered lecithin. The product is yellow or brown yellow plastic substances or plastic particles, which is easy to absorb moisture and oxidize. It is also easy for them to disperse in water and form stable emulsion. They are insoluble in acetone, but soluble in alcohol, ether, hexane and other organic solvents. |

| Storage methods |
| When the product is packaged in air-tightness, photophobia, and moisture proofness, the shelf life is 6 months. If these products are kept under the optimum storage temperature -18℃, the shelf life is 12 months. |
